The setting was marvellous, right by attractions castle, the cathedral and the Parador and the Nöla restaurant in the Casa del Doncel.
Actually, Wi-Fi was weak and our bed was not very comfortable.

Nice place, amiable staff. Compact and warm rooms with central heating and a TV, good beds. Fine private bathroom. Marvellous location in a very comfortable area, right next to a castle and a church. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Plymouth Naval Memorial.

This place is incredibly charming. From my twin room, I could see the cathedral right out the window! Plus, it had a bidet, which was a nice touch for me. 😊.

The room at Hospedería Porta Coeli was cozy and comfortable, with free Internet that allowed me to stay connected. It had a flat-screen TV where I could relax and a private bathroom for my convenience. As a business traveler, I really enjoyed these amenities.
Personally, I found the room to be a bit simple. But I understand that some people might still appreciate its simplicity.

The location of this place was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the old quarters and across from a beautiful church where we got to enjoy a jaw-dropping concert. The bathroom was excellent and the lounge area was super comfy. The old building had such a cozy vibe with its traditional wooden doors and beams. The customer service was great, with a super-friendly receptionist who made us feel at home. Despite the freezing cold outside, our room was warm and cozy. The location was perfect, with the cathedral and Parador just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants and cafes within minutes. Plus, they were really pet-friendly, not charging any extra fees for our furry friend. We're definitely coming back.

The location was perfect, situated between the cathedral and the Parador. We enjoyed strolling along the charming street, with restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Another great aspect was that the hotel was pet-friendly, and our furry friend was treated kindly without any extra charges. It was a bonus to find a beautiful church across the street, offering a lovely concert during our stay.
Our stay was marred by the noise coming from the downstairs cafeteria, which lasted until the early hours of the morning. There was no night porter available to address this issue, and it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The customer service was top-notch, and the receptionist was super-friendly. The hotel's old-style building added a lovely traditional atmosphere, and we even got to enjoy a beautiful concert at the nearby church.
The wifi was a bit weak at times, but it wasn't a major issue considering all the other positives.
